Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription billing
ZeroList plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your first charge happens when you subscribe, and your plan renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for each payment.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing: your subscription will not renew, and you keep normal access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your monthly credits end with the subscription. If you later resubscribe, loyalty pricing starts over. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel — do not delete your account.
Upgrades and downgrades
Plan changes are made in Stripe's billing portal from your Account page. Timing and any proration follow what the portal shows when you confirm the change.
Credits
- Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
- Additional credit packs are for subscribers and do not expire while your account is active. They can only be used while you have an active subscription.
- Unused credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
Failed generations
If a generation fails and no video is produced, its credits are automatically returned to your balance. Credits are not returned for completed videos.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused credits, except for duplicate or mistaken charges.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If we determine that you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, we refund the erroneous charge to your original payment method through Stripe where possible. We do not compensate an erroneous charge by issuing ZeroList credits instead of a refund. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the refund takes to appear.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute or reverse a ZeroList payment through your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the paid services associated with the disputed payment while the dispute is investigated and resolved. Filing a dispute does not by itself cause your account to be deleted. Disputes are handled through Stripe and your card issuer's process, and we may submit information about the payment and your use of ZeroList in response. We cannot promise any particular outcome. If you think a charge is wrong, contacting us first is usually the fastest way to resolve it.
Account deletion
Deleting your account is different from cancelling your subscription. It is immediate and permanent: your subscription is cancelled, access ends immediately, remaining monthly credits and purchased additional credits are forfeited, and your account and applicable data and content are permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused subscription time or unused credits.
