Privacy Policy

ZeroList ("ZeroList", "we", "us") is operated by Lush Trading Post, LLC, a United States company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ZeroList at zerolist.co, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

• Account information: your email address, an optional name, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google.
• Brand and product information: brand names, websites, descriptions, audiences, brand voice, product names, descriptions, benefits, prices, and links you enter.
• Uploaded files: product images you upload.
• Instructions: hooks, scripts, calls to action, and other choices you make when creating a video.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email.

2. Information created when you use ZeroList

• Generated content: the scripts, prompts, and videos produced for you, plus generation history and status.
• Billing records: your plan, subscription status, renewal dates, credit balances, credit transactions, and payment event records received from our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Acceptance records: the version of our Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted and when.
• Technical information: our hosting, authentication, and database providers process your IP address, browser/device information, and request logs to deliver and secure the service. When the app encounters an error, technical error details (such as the page and error message) may be recorded to help us fix it.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To generate the videos and scripts you request.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and track credits.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and send account and service messages.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
• To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
• To comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. AI and video generation providers

To create a video, we send the relevant information to third-party AI providers. This can include your product images, product and brand details, script, and your creative choices. We use an AI text model to write scripts and AI video and voice providers to produce video and audio. These providers process the information to return results to us and may keep copies under their own terms and policies. Finished videos are copied into our own storage so you can access them.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run ZeroList:

• Hosting, database, file storage, and authentication providers.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Stripe, our payment processor, which collects your payment details directly.
• AI text, video, and voice generation providers (see section 4).
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on our site and receives your IP address.
• Email delivery providers used for account emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use only storage needed to keep you signed in, process payments securely, and run the app. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. See our Cookie & Storage Notice.

7. Retention

• Account, brand, product, image, and video data are kept while your account is open. We do not automatically delete your videos; you can delete individual videos and products at any time.
• When you delete your account, we delete your account record, profile, brands, products, uploaded images, generated videos, generation history, credit balances, and credit history from our systems.
• We keep payment event records and administrative audit records after account deletion (with the link to your account removed) for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal purposes. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its policies.
• Copies held by AI providers, and routine backups and logs held by our infrastructure providers, are not deleted immediately and are governed by those providers' retention practices.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Account page. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, ends access immediately, forfeits remaining credits, removes your data as described above, and cannot be undone. To stop future billing without deleting your account, cancel your subscription instead. You can also email lushtradingpost@gmail.com for help.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and per-account data restrictions to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

10. Children

ZeroList is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email lushtradingpost@gmail.com. We will verify your request using your account email and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

12. International users

ZeroList is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using ZeroList, you understand your information will be processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws from yours.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, ask you to review and accept the updated policy.
