Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy

ZeroList creates AI-generated advertising content. This policy applies to everything you upload, enter, generate, or publish using ZeroList.

You may not use ZeroList for

• Any illegal activity, or promoting illegal products or services.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or pyramid schemes.
• Deceptive advertising, including false or unsubstantiated product claims, fake health or financial promises, or fake reviews and testimonials presented as real customer experiences.
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Using any real person's name, face, likeness, or voice without their permission, including uploading photos of people you do not have rights to use.
• Impersonating any person, brand, celebrity, public official, or organization, or implying an endorsement that does not exist.
• Misleading deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive viewers about real events or people.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, or discrimination.
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, or sexual exploitation of anyone.
• Any content involving the exploitation, sexualization, or endangerment of minors.
• Graphic violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or promoting self-harm.
• Regulated goods where advertising is restricted (for example weapons, drugs, tobacco, or adult products) in violation of law or platform rules.
• Anything prohibited by applicable law or by the usage policies of our AI and service providers.
• Attempting to bypass safety filters, usage limits, or payment.

Your rights and permissions

You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed for the product images, logos, trademarks, text, people, voices, and other material you upload or reference. Only upload images of products you are authorized to advertise.

Publishing responsibly

Review every video before you use it. Follow the advertising, endorsement, and AI-content disclosure rules of the platforms and places where you publish, and applicable laws.

Enforcement

We may refuse generations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund where permitted by law. We may report unlawful content to authorities.
