IP & Copyright Complaints
Last updated September 23, 2026
We respect intellectual property and publicity rights. If you believe content created or uploaded through ZeroList infringes your copyright, trademark, or rights in your name, likeness, or voice, email lushtradingpost@gmail.com with the subject line "IP Complaint".
Include in your complaint
- Your name, and contact email and phone number.
- The work, trademark, or personal right you believe is infringed.
- Where the allegedly infringing material appears (for example a link or a description of the video), with enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review each complaint and may remove or disable access to material, notify the account holder, and suspend repeat infringers. Account holders who believe material was removed by mistake can reply with a counter-notice explaining why. Content published by customers on third-party platforms is controlled by those customers and platforms; you may also need to report it directly to the platform.
Please note
ZeroList has not currently designated an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Sending a complaint to the email above is our current process. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.
